By placing an order for physical hardware via patrick-wag.de, operated by YEVHENII STANKOVYCH KG, you explicitly accept these hardware terms:

1. Hardware Functionality & Scope

The units are strictly physical, unmanaged, offline environments designed for data retention. YEVHENII STANKOVYCH KG does NOT offer financial trading platforms, digital asset exchanges, staking services, or custody services. The product is sold strictly "as-is" for local, offline data security.

2. Total Limitation of Liability

YEVHENII STANKOVYCH KG, its directors, and employees are strictly not responsible for any data loss, financial loss, or asset loss resulting from physical damage to the hardware post-delivery, forgotten PIN codes, user error, or compromised offline recovery phrases by the end-user.

3. Physical Defect Warranty

Hardware units are covered by a standard 24-month manufacturer replacement warranty. This warranty covers ONLY physical manufacturing defects (e.g., dead screen, faulty physical buttons) under standard offline usage conditions. It does not cover data recovery.
